Social Media Policy

I will decline invitations from clients to connect on social networking websites. I do have a professional Instagram account. While you are welcome to follow my professional Instagram account, please do not engage in comments or direct messaging through this social media platform as these are not regularly monitored and may put your confidentiality at risk of being breached. I will not reply to any contacts made through my professional social media platforms. Please also know that following, liking, commenting, and/or generally engaging with the accounts may compromise your confidentiality. Please do not use these platforms to request emergency services. Additionally, artwork made in session belongs to you and will never be posted on social media by my personal or professional accounts.

AI Policy

I believe the therapy journey is deeply human which leads me to limit the use of AI (artificial intelligence) in my practice. I do not use AI to record sessions, document clinical notes, or utilize platforms similar to ChatGPT. However, with rapid advances in technology, many platforms do not allow users to opt out of AI. Therefore, I make the best efforts to remain free of this use of technology.
